About Patricia Ruggiero
The life of a military family adds diversity, travel and adventure to life. These adventures included being born on the coast of Virginia, living all along the east coast, Central New York and a final permanency in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Not bad for fulfilling a dream to live close to the beach.
Over a time span of 20 years plus, there has been involvement in essentially every facet of marketing. Life experiences made a career in real estate a next logical step. Lifelong friends have been formed since 2006 while working as a broker licensed agent in both North and South Carolina. The ultimate success has been helping people realize the dream of finding their perfect property at the beach!
