About Jim White
Being born and raised in the area, Jim is very familiar with the local area and market. He is a licensed REALTOR for both North & South Carolina as well as a member of the National Association of REALTORS and both the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS and Brunswick County Association of REALTORS. Jim has been working with a local development company assisting prospects in procuring new homes and working with his buyers from initial contract to the completion of their dream home for the last 2.5 years.
Having a 22 year background as an interior designer prior to real estate serves his clients very well due to his ability to assist buyers in visualizing their dream home with both design and renovation ideas. Jim has a passion for real estate and if you ask any of his buyers, they can attest to that. When not selling real estate, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Tucker.
